Aston Villa v Everton; Aston Villa humbled Everton at the Villa park yesterday. The match ended 4:0 against Everton. John McGinn scored the first goal for Aston Villa with an assist from Bailey. Douglas Luiz scored the second goal of the game from the spot. Leon Bailey then scored and Jhon Duran added the fourth goal.

West Ham United v Chelsea; West Ham hosted Chelsea at home and humbled them very well by 3:1. Nayef Aguerd scored in the 7′ mins into the game with an assist from West Ham new signing James Ward-Prowse. At 28′ mins Carney Chukwuemeka scored a solo qualiser. Michail Antonio with an assist from James Ward-Prowse scored to the West Ham ahead. Late in the 90+5′ mins Lucas Paqueta scored from the spot.
