€13m fixed fee, €5m easy add-ons and talks now ongoing on personal terms in order to get deal done with medical at the beginning of next week. Olympique Marseille will include 10% sell on clause in the agreement with Lazio for Mattéo Guendouzi.

Rob Holding, still expected to leave Arsenal in the final days of the transfer window. There are discussions now ongoing to make it happen. Understand there are also Spanish clubs asking for conditions of Holding deal.
