Legon Cities held Hearts of Oak to a goalless draw at the Accra Sports Stadium in a week 10 fixture of the Betpawa Premier League.

Martin Koopman started the game with a 4-3-3 triangular midfield. He started Richmond Ayi, Michael Ampadu, Denis Korsah, Kofi Abgesimah, Kelvin Asibey, Glid Otanga, Linda Mtange, Salifu Ibrahim, Hamza Issah, Enoch Asuobonteng and Albert Enode.
Both teams started the game with some exciting show of passes and the game was full of midfield action but Glid Otanga, Salifu Ibrahim and Linda Mtange came above the midfield of Legon Cities.
Despite numerous chances in the first half, the half ended goalless as both defense we compact and resolute at the back.
In the second half, Hearts of Oak put much pressure in search of the opener but goalkeeper Kwame Aziz made some crucial saves to deny the phobians from getting the opener.
With 15 minutes left to end the game, former Legon Cities right back Michael Ampadu made a goal line clearance to deny Kwabena Boateng from opening the scoring.
Following the draw, Hearts of Oak occupy the 11th position on the log with 12 points while Legon Cities moves to the 12th position with the same points but behind on goal difference.
Legon Cities will lock horns with Berekum Chelsea at the Golden City park while Hearts of Oak will play with Accra Lions in the Greater Accra Derby at the Accra Sports Stadium.
