TRANSFERS: Former Asante Kotoko goalkeeper Osei Kwame joins Bofoakwa Tano.

Newly promoted side, Bofoakwa Tano has completed the signing of former Asante Kotoko shot-stopper Emmanuel Osei Kwame ahead of the 2023/24 football season.

Bofoakwa Tano considered the experience of the 28-year-old goalie who has previously played for Inter Allies and Asante Kotoko.

Osei Kwame joined the Sunyani-based side on a two-year deal after having a successful medical examination.

The signing of the experienced goalkeeper will be the fifth signing of Bofoakwa Tano as they prepare for the Betpawa premier after 18 years of absence.

Osei Kwame is currently with the team for their preseason and is likely to be featured in friendly against his former club Asante Kotoko which is scheduled to take place on Wednesday 5th August,2023.

Bofoakwa Tano’s first match of the 2023/24 Ghana Premier League season will take place against Accra Great Olympics at the Accra Sports Stadium.

Osei Kwame previously played for Nations FC and helped them in qualifying for their first ever Ghana league promotion.
